FROM THE PRESIDENT |

Dying to know what that Biggest SEN Incentive I mentioned in the last issue is? I know you’re. I even understand that some of the SENetworkers had contacted their seers to see if they could read my mind and tell them what the incentive was.
Well, I’m here to put an end to the guessing game. So pay attenion. Shhhhh! It’s SADC’s Fund for Entrepreneurial Skill Acquisition. FESA for short. Okay, now that I’ve let the cat out of the bag, what exactly is FESA? Simple. It’s a fund that Success Attitude Development Centre [SADC], our not-for-profit, non-governmental organization has set up to further drive our Vision 2020 which is to raise One Million Successful Entrepreneurs by year 2020 –– roughly 12 years from now.
How will it work? To access the fund, you must first be a SENetworker, which you join with N1050 [visit www.sen2020.com for more information] and start receiving a FREE copy of SuccessDigest Extra! fortnightly. Then, you must introduce at least 30 people to the network. Once you scale over those two hurdles, SADC will advance you the sum of N5,500 to register for the fund. You don’t have to worry about paying the money back because it will be deducted from your Wise Sower Reward of N15,000 when our system indicates that it’s your turn or when you introduced 50 people to the network, whichever comes first. In other words, as soon as you introduce 30 people to the network, you will automatically qualify to become a member of FESA, with SADC paying your N5,500 registration fee. When it’s time for you to receive your Wise Sower Reward, as explained above, you will instead receive only N9,500, while the balance of N5,500 will be paid to SADC that advanced you the money earlier. [SIDE NOTE: A SENetworker who cannot wait until he introduces 30 people into the network before enjoying the benefit of FESA is free to sponsor himself by paying the registration fee of N5,500. In other words, only those who are SENetworkers can access FESA fund.]
Now, this is where it gets interesting. Once you’re registered for FESA, you will be able to receive a cash grant of anything between N1,000 and N9,000 or above monthly, depending on the speed with which SENetworkers hit the mark of introducing 30 people to the network and the number of those sponsoring themselves into it. The money will be paid into your fastecash account from where you can withdraw it anytime you wish. The membership of FESA will cease immediately after you qualify for the ULTIMATE REWARD and receive your cash reward of N4,000,000. What is the purpose of the grant? As the name of the fund clearly indicates, the grant is meant for SENetworkers to sharpen their extrepreneurial skill. To acquire the knowledge required to become an entrepreneur with a fighting chance of survival in the tough, highly competitive marketplace of today, an apprentice entrepreneur requires a steady supply of money to keep going. There are seminars and workshops to attend, books to buy, research and studies to be carried out and, as many of those who want to embrace the entrepreneurial lifestyle often discover, their purses are also lean, as quite a large number of them are unemployed and depended on relations who may themselves be struggling to make ends meet. According to our findings in more than 12 years of working with these groups of people, money to sustain their dream of becoming an entrepreneur is not readily available. Many would-be successful entrepreneurs have wandered off course as a result of this. The birth of FESA will ensure that this is no longer the case. What are the other conditions? 1. You are not permitted to introduce “ghosts” into the system. By ghost, we mean somebody faking the names and addresses of non-existent people and registering them in order to make up the magical number 30 that qualifies them to access FESA fund. You will forfeit your money if you do. Instead of doing that, such person should simply sponsor himself into FESA after joining SEN. Total cost: a token of N6,550 as against N30,000. See? 2. You must introduce a minimum of TWO people to the network in a month. Any month that you did not meet that quota, whatever is due to you will be withheld. There will be a grace of One Week during which you’re expected to bring the two people into the network or you’ll forfeit the money for that month.
Remember, the reason for this and all the other incentives, including the on-going promotions, is to drive our Vision 2020 and ensure that we hit the target of raising One Million Successful Entrepreneurs by year 2020. So, everything is geared towards the accomplishment of that goal. Only those who believe the vision and are ready to work hard towards its success will understand why rewards are tied to introducing people into the network. 3. Payment into your fastecash account will be made only once in a month, on the 25th. And can you can withdraw it that same day –– provided the date does not fall on a weekend or on a work-free day. 4. All existing conditions attached to withdrawing your money from fastecash also apply to FESA. 5. Other conditions are as posted from time to time on SEN official website: www.sen2020.com And so when will you be able to access FESA fund? I’m going to again be tight-lipped over this question. Who knows, I might again let the cat out of the bag in the next issue. But here is an advice for you: instead of chasing your seer and trying to read my mind by remote control, why don’t you just concentrate on introducing people to the network and see if you could hit the magical figure 30 before FESA takes off? If you reach that target, you could end up accessing that fund almost immediately without spending an extra kobo. Think about it!
